Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or special events), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding!


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship nationwide within the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally 

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Bubbles Beauty + Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related shipping delays

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.


Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shopwithbubbly.com so that we can make it right.

  • Photos of the packaging
