Your permanent jewelry appointment includes everything you need to create a meaningful, custom piece. You’ll choose from our classic stainless steel, sterling silver, or 14k gold filled chains, which is then custom fit and microwelded for you. During your appointment, you can also choose to upgrade to a deluxe chain or add a charm to make your piece even more personal.

No. You can make an appointment, but it's not mandatory. Walk-ins are welcome during any of our operating days, including boutique days and walk-in salon days. Please refer to our current hours for availability. For groups of more than two people, we kindly request that an appointment be scheduled in advance.

No. The microwelding process is quick and safe. A protective barrier is placed between the jewelry and your skin and clients do not feel anything during the weld.

Yes. Permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting the jump ring with scissors. If you would like it re-welded later, we are happy to help.

While rare, breaks can happen due to snagging or heavy force. If this happens, keep your chain and bring it back to us. In most cases, it can be re-welded.
