Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Bubbles Beauty + Boutique, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because of this, we enforce the following cancellation policy:
24 hours or more notice
Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before your appointment time will not incur a fee.
23 to 12 hours’ notice
Cancellations or reschedules made within 23 to 12 hours of the appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time, or failure to arrive without notice, will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Charges will be applied to the payment method on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
Services
All services are provided as described at the time of booking. Results may vary based on individual factors, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications prior to services. Bubbles Beauty + Boutique is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
Photography & Content
All website content, images, branding, and media are the property of Bubbles Beauty + Boutique and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Bubbles Beauty + Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio.
